HOW DO I PURCHASE LBH PRODUCTS?
Patients can attain optimal outcomes through collaboration with a professional; hence, all LBH purchases must be made via an authorized physician practice. Each authorized partner offers an exclusive lbhskincare.com code for convenient product ordering and direct shipping. To register for online shopping, visit our Locate page, search for a provider using the name or zip code, and click the Register button to create an account for immediate shopping access.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS “CLEAN” OR “NATURAL”?
LBH is committed to providing our clients with incredible products made from ingredients that are safe, science-backed and cruelty-free. We know that “clean” and “natural” mean different things to different people, and so we keep those terms in mind when it comes to formulating and packaging our products.
DO LBH PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS OR PRESERVATIVES?
All LBH products use broad spectrum preservatives in order to deliver quality, safe products to our clients. We have omitted the use of parabens entirely and carefully evaluate all preservatives in our formulations to ensure we are only using what is known to be safe for everyday use.
DO LBH PRODUCTS HAVE FRAGRANCE?
Our products are fragrance-free and we do not formulate with ingredients for the sole purpose of lending aroma.
DO LBH PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
We do not formulate our products with nut based ingredients. However, our products are manufactured in a facility that processes cosmetic nut-based ingredients. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are “nut free”.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
LBH products are formulated without typically sensitizing ingredients. However, if you have had cosmetic reactions in the past, you should conduct a patch test prior to use: apply a small quantity to the inner arm or beneath the jawline to assess for potential allergic reactions or sensitivities. CAN I USE LBH PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

CAN I USE LBH PRODUCTS IF I AM PREGNANT OR NURSING?
LBH upholds the safety and integrity of all products; however, we advise consulting a physician or medical practitioner before initiating a new routine during pregnancy or lactation.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS NON-COMEDOGENIC?
At LBH we strive to formulate with non-comedogenic ingredients. Specifically, with ingredients that rate 0-1 on the comedogenic scale. If an ingredient rates above a 1, it is used very sparingly and has been found necessary to the constitution of the formula while not causing breakouts when clinically tested.

IS LBH PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
At LBH, our packaging choices have been thoroughly researched and carefully thought out to help limit our environmental impact where possible. LBH products are either packaged in aluminum tubes or UV protected glass bottles, both of which are infinitely recyclable. We also use fully recyclable materials for our external packaging and other paper products. As our company continues to grow, we are committed to reviewing and improving our environmental footprint. We recommend that you check with your local municipalities for recyclability as each area has different capabilities.
WHERE ARE LBH PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
We proudly manufacture our products in the United States using U.S. and globally sourced materials..
ARE LBH PRODUCTS “VEGAN”?
LBH products are not currently Certified Vegan but are manufactured using vegan sourced ingredients. We invite you to review our ingredients to learn more or contact us at concierge@lbhskincare.com with any questions.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
Our ingredients and products are never tested on animals.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF LBH PRODUCTS?
Regardless of product packaging, all LBH products should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Please refer to your product packaging for usage directions and shelf life after opening, which is identified by the PAO “period after opening” symbol. The symbol is in the shape of an opened jar, and will have a number inside followed by an “M” for months. To ensure your product is as effective as possible, once opened the product should be used within the amount of time specified.

LBH stands for Let’s Be Honest. It comes from our founder’s personal philosophy and commitment to transparency with her clients, an approach she believed was lacking in the skincare industry and which led to the development of LBH.

CAN I CHANGE MY AUTHORIZED PROVIDER?
Yes. To modify your current provider, please log in to your account and select "Change Professional" from the left-side navigation menu. You may then search for a new provider by name or zip code.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM LBHSKINCARE.COM EMAILS?
To cease receiving communications from lbhskincare.com, locate the "Unsubscribe" hyperlink at an email's conclusion. Select it and follow the prompts to discontinue future correspondence.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON LBHSKINCARE.COM?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for shipping, depending on the chosen shipping method.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
We diligently strive to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the product delivery process. Should any damage occur during shipment, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and commit to promptly rectify the situation. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to request a return, have an issue or concern please contact us at concierge@lbhskincare.com and we will do our best to help. All returns must have prior authorization and have been purchased through www.lbhskincare.com. If you purchased your item(s) through one of our Authorized Providers, please contact them directly regarding your return. We do not accept items purchased from an Authorized Provider.
All products must be returned unused, unaltered and undamaged in original packaging along with any promotional gifts received with your purchase within 30 days of shipment. All products will be examined upon return. A return will not be issued if items are found to be un-resalable. In such an event, you will be notified via email or telephone.
LBH is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have processed your approved return(s), our customer service team will contact you via email or telephone. Your payment for the goods less any shipping charges will be refunded as soon as possible to the original payment method.
