SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on the order weight, parcel or product dimensions, origin and delivery address. Enter your address during the checkout process to view rates.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Processing does not occur on weekends or holidays.
We ship to P.O./APO/FPO boxes using ground shipping. Please note that shipment methods and pricing can change at any time without notice. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the continental U.S. We are working to expand our shipping zones. Please contact concierge@lbhskincare.com for more information or inquiries.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information once your package has been picked up by a carrier. You are able to track your shipment online via the carrier’s website.
DAMAGES
LBH Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
