HOW DO I PURCHASE LBH PRODUCTS?
LBH products are available directly through our website and through authorized skincare professionals. This allows for both accessibility and clinically guided use when appropriate, depending on individual skin needs.
DOES LBH HAVE A LIST OF EXCLUDED INGREDIENTS?
Yes. LBH formulations are defined as much by what we intentionally exclude as by what we include.
Ingredients are omitted when they are unnecessary, disruptive to barrier integrity, inconsistent with evidence-based skin health, or misaligned with our formulation standards.
LBH products are formulated without:

Each omission is intentional.

ARE LBH PRODUCTS “CLEAN” OR “NATURAL”?
All products are cruelty-free and formulated with restraint, prioritizing long-term skin function over marketing terminology.
DO LBH PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS OR PRESERVATIVES?
LBH products do not contain parabens or phenoxyethanol.
Broad-spectrum preservatives are used only when necessary to ensure product safety and stability. All preservatives are carefully evaluated for everyday cosmetic use.
DO LBH PRODUCTS HAVE FRAGRANCE?
Any scent present is inherent to the raw materials used and dissipates quickly after application.
DO LBH PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
LBH products are not formulated with nut-based ingredients. However, they are manufactured in facilities that may process nut-derived materials. We cannot guarantee products are completely nut-free.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?

CAN I USE LBH PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

CAN I USE LBH PRODUCTS IF I AM PREGNANT OR NURSING?
We recommend consulting with a physician or medical professional before starting any new skincare routine during pregnancy or lactation.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS NON-COMEDOGENIC?
LBH formulates with ingredients that rate low on the comedogenic scale. Ingredient selection is based on formulation context rather than individual ingredient scores alone and how ingredients function together within a complete formula.
No product can be guaranteed non-comedogenic for all skin types.
WHERE CAN I FIND LBH PRODUCT INGREDIENTS?

IS LBH PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
LBH products are packaged in UV-protected glass or aluminum components, which are recyclable. External packaging is made from recyclable paper materials.
Recyclability may vary by municipality.
WHERE ARE LBH PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
LBH products are manufactured in the United States using both U.S. and globally sourced materials.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS “VEGAN”?
LBH products are formulated using vegan-sourced ingredients. They are not currently certified vegan.
ARE LBH PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. LBH products and ingredients are never tested on animals.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF LBH PRODUCTS?
Shelf life and usage periods are indicated on product packaging using the PAO (period after opening) symbol. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal performance, products should be used within the timeframe indicated after opening.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Please allow standard processing time prior to shipment notification.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN EXISTING ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to request a return, or if you have an issue or concern with your order, please contact our Concierge Team at concierge@lbhskincare.com and we will do our best to assist you.
All returns must have prior authorization and must have been purchased directly through www.lbhskincare.com. If you purchased your item(s) through one of our Authorized Providers, please contact that provider directly, as we are unable to accept returns for products purchased outside of our website.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged, and must be returned in their original packaging, including any promotional gifts received with your purchase, within 30 days of shipment. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Returns will not be approved for products deemed unresalable. In such cases, you will be notified by email or telephone.
LBH is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
