RETURN POLICY

If you would like to request a return, have an issue or concern please contact us at concierge@lbhskincare.com and we will do our best to help. All returns must have prior authorization and have been purchased through www.lbhskincare.com. If you purchased your item(s) through one of our Authorized Providers, please contact them directly regarding your return. We do not accept items purchased from an Authorized Provider.

All products must be returned unused, unaltered and undamaged in original packaging along with any promotional gifts received with your purchase within 30 days of shipment. All products will be examined upon return. A return will not be issued if items are found to be un-resalable. In such an event, you will be notified via email or telephone.

LBH is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have processed your approved return(s), our customer service team will contact you via e-mail or telephone. Your payment for the goods less any shipping charges will be refunded as soon as possible to the original payment method.
