LBH EXCLUSION LIST
Our Integrity Begins with What We Leave Out
At LBH, our science-driven formulations are as much defined by what they include as by what they intentionally exclude. We maintain an uncompromising standard of ingredient integrity—guided by clinical research, dermatological data, and a deep respect for skin health.
This is our Exclusion List—a definitive catalogue of ingredients that do not align with our evidence-based philosophy, ethical commitments, or your skin’s long-term well-being.
You will never find in our formulas:
- Parabens, phenoxyethanol, and other endocrine-disrupting preservatives
- Phthalates and synthetic fragrances, including undisclosed parfum blends
- Synthetic colors and dyes
- Genetically modified organisms (GMOs)
- Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and sodium laureth sulfate (SLES)
- Ethanolamines (MEA, DEA, TEA) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)
- Hydroquinone and mineral oil
- Drying alcohols that compromise the skin barrier
- Glycols and glycol derivatives, due to potential sensitization
- Occlusive silicones and PEGs that may interfere with skin function
- Essential oils known to trigger irritation or sensitivity
- Any ingredient lacking robust, peer-reviewed safety and efficacy validation
- Over 1,300 substances banned or restricted by the European Union for cosmetic safety
Each omission is intentional. Each formula is a testament to what modern skincare should be: intelligent, safe, and uncompromised.
